WHO WE ARE
VES GLOBAL NETWORK brings together education, international campus relationships and practical preparation for the workplace.
We own and operate VES School in Ontario and operate together with Cestar College of Business, Health and Technology in Toronto. Our global branch campus network extends across the Philippines, South Korea, Vietnam, Mexico, Japan and China.
For our Saskatchewan–Vietnam workforce project, we focus on English and job readiness. We seek licensed recruiter partners whose employer requirements can guide candidate preparation.

We are inviting licensed Saskatchewan foreign worker recruiters to explore a practical training partnership for Vietnamese candidates.
Licensed recruiters with established Saskatchewan employer relationships and suitable, confirmed hiring opportunities.
We have worked with career colleges in Vietnam since 2016 and represent two major Vietnamese recruitment companies for this project.
